Al Adwani General Hospital is a private hospital with 70 beds operating bed capacity (licensed as 150 beds) providing specialized healthcare services to our customers (internal and external) in Taif Region.
These services are provided through specialized staffs and modern equipments with a continuous improvement prospective.

All departments providing patient care have established lines of communication with the medical staff. Established mechanisms for communicating issues are described in the organizational wide Manual. Scope of care and service of each member of the medical staff is delineated through the clinical privileging process according to the bylaws of the medical staff. The Emergency Department physician is onsite 24 hours per day, seven (7) days per week to meet patient care needs.
Nursing Services is under the direction of the Nursing Director. The Nursing Director assumes an active leadership role in the hospital's decision making structures and process. Nursing services are provided in all direct patient care nursing units. The Nursing Director, Nursing Supervisor and the respective Head Nurses are held responsible for the nursing professional standards of the department, the responsibility for the standards of care and practice, performance assessment and improvement, policies and procedures, nursing staffing plans and personnel competency. Collaborative activities have been established to ensure that these responsibilities are addressed in all areas throughout the hospital where nursing care is provided.
Nursing care is accomplished through the execution of the nursing process; patient teaching, administering, supervising, delegating and evaluating nursing care and practice 24 hours a day 7 days a week. This includes implementation of nursing standards of care and practice.All nursing care is under the direction of registered nurses and Nursing Aides.
Infection Control Program is established to ensure the organization has a functioning, coordinated process in place to reduce the risks of endemic, epidemic and health care associated infections (HCAIs) among patients and healthcare workers.
